Getting Started
How do I book a detail?
You can book online through our website in under 60 seconds, or call or text us directly. You'll get an instant confirmation either way.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 2–3 days in advance for best availability, though same-day appointments are often available. Maintenance plan members get priority scheduling.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire Tri-Cities area including Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Jonesborough, and surrounding communities within approximately 30 miles of Johnson City.
Pricing & Payment
Why do you show price ranges instead of exact prices?
Vehicle size and condition vary significantly. A compact sedan and a full-size truck are different jobs. We provide honest ranges and confirm exact pricing before any work begins.
Are there any hidden fees or trip charges?
No hidden fees, ever. Within the Tri-Cities area there's no trip charge. We'll confirm your total price before starting, and that's what you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is collected after the service is completed.
Do you offer military or first responder discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts for active military, veterans, first responders, and healthcare workers. Just let us know when you book.
Process & Timeline
How long does a detail take?
Exterior details: 1.5–2.5 hours. Interior details: 2–3 hours. Full details: 3–5 hours. Ceramic coating: 4–8 hours. We'll give you a specific estimate when you book.
Do I need to be home during the detail?
Not necessarily. Many customers leave their vehicle accessible and go about their day. We just need access to the vehicle and a parking spot.
Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes. Our mobile unit is fully self-contained. We don't need access to your water or electrical outlets.
Fit & Requirements
Can you detail large trucks, vans, or RVs?
We regularly detail trucks and vans of all sizes. RVs and large recreational vehicles may require special scheduling—contact us for a custom quote.
What if my vehicle is extremely dirty?
No vehicle is too dirty for us. Heavily soiled interiors may take extra time and cost, but we'll discuss that upfront before starting.
Do you work in the rain?
We monitor weather closely. Light rain doesn't affect interior details, but we'll reschedule exterior work if conditions aren't ideal—at no charge to you.
Comparisons & Alternatives
How is this different from a car wash?
A car wash removes surface dirt. A detail restores and protects. We hand-wash, decontaminate, polish, and protect your paint—plus deep-clean every interior surface. It's a completely different level of care.
Is mobile detailing as good as a shop?
In most cases, better. We use the same professional products and equipment, but in a one-on-one environment where your vehicle gets our complete attention. No assembly line.
Should I get ceramic coating or just wax?
Wax is great for short-term protection (weeks to months). Ceramic coating is a long-term investment (years). We'll help you decide based on your budget, driving habits, and goals.
Guarantees & Policies
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes—100%. If you're not happy with any aspect of the detail, let us know during the walk-through or within 24 hours and we'll make it right at no additional charge.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $25 fee. Weather cancellations are always free.
