Wax and Paint Protection in the Tri-Cities, TN
The Basic Detail plus a protective wax layer over your paint. We clean the car the same way we do on a Basic Detail, then we lay a coat of wax over your paint before we pack up.
What a Wax Coat Does for Your Paint
Sun, rain, road grime and everything the interstate throws at your car all land on the clear coat first. A layer of wax sits on top of that clear coat and takes the hit instead of your paint.
It also leaves the surface slicker, so dirt has a harder time hanging on and your next wash goes a lot easier. How long the wax holds up depends on your paint, where you park and how often the car gets washed, so we would rather talk that through with you than put a number on it.

Why People Step Up From the Basic Detail
A Basic Detail gets your car clean inside and out, and this package does all of that and then puts a coat of wax over the paint. The cleaning is what you see the day we finish, and the wax is the part that keeps working after we drive away.
Just need it cleaned?
If the paint is in good shape and you only want the car cleaned inside and out, the Basic Detail is the place to start.
Go to the Basic DetailPaint needs more than a wax?
Wax protects the paint you have. If your finish has swirls or dullness you want worked out first, that job is Full Paint Correction, which is where the clay bar and polish steps live.

Is this the same thing as paint correction?
No. This package is the Basic Detail plus wax and paint protection. Clay bar and polish belong to our Full Paint Correction package, which is the one that works on the finish itself.
